Getting to know you

This is an integral part of our photography process. In advance of the big day, we will arrange a mutually convenient time and location to meet up and have a chat about your wedding plans, your tastes and your preferences.

Researching your venue

We will, wherever possible, research your venue prior to your wedding day to note the best locations for your photos (both inside and out).

On the day

We will follow you throughout your day and take as many photos as necessary to capture your day. We aim to work as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. Starting with you getting ready, we then shoot everyone arriving for the ceremony, your vows (if possible), some intimate portraits, your reception along with your guests and finally the speeches and the cutting of the cake. We can also stay for your first dance for a small extra fee.

Our relaxed and friendly approach will ensure that you and your guests feel at ease, which in turn helps us to create beautiful, natural photos.

We will distribute cards amongst your guests during the course of the day, giving them a password to your personal web gallery. This way they can view and securely purchase images of your wedding and enjoy the memories for themselves.

After the wedding

Your Personal Web Gallery will be available approximately 1 -2 weeks after your wedding.

Depending on your chosen package, your Photo CD and/or Proof Album will be with you approximately 2 - 3 weeks after your event.

If we are designing an album for you, all you have to do is select the pictures from your Proof Album that you would like included in your final Wedding Album. We will then use our expertise to design the layout.

You will be sent a copy of the initial album design as a PDF attachment via email for you to approve before we order your album with our printers.
